You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed that states your order number and an approximate order total. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with tracking information.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Please review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted.

Lana’s Boutique accepts Visa, Discover and MasterCard, as well as Paypal payments.
SALES TAX
Lana’s Boutique is located in Michigan and is required by law to charge sales tax on items shipping to Michigan. All other states and countries are not charged sales tax.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. - Return PolicyLana’s Boutique will gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Returns will not be processed without prior approval. After receiving approval and an RA#, returns must be received at our processing center within 7 days.
Website returns are not accepted in our retail store. If you wish to drop off the item(s) at the store to avoid shipping charges, please follow all steps in the return process and once you receive your RA#, you can drop the item(s) off at the store.
EXCEPTIONS:
Returns are not accepted on Sale items, Jewelry, Accessories, Intimate Apparel, Gloves, Hats, Scarves. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
SALE ITEMS
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions to this policy.
RETURN PROCESS
Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such, we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s).
Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted. Shoes which are not in original condition with scuffs or odors will not be accepted. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the new item(s) you would like us to send in your return email. This will ensure that the item is held for you until we receive the old item in our processing center. Once your item for exchange is received, your new item will be sent to you along with an email to confirm shipments. Lana’s Couture will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge with the exception of footwear, coats/jacket, furniture, or any other heavy items.
Once an exchange is made it cannot be returned again for either refund or exchange.
STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT:
If you wish to receive store merchandise credit for a return, please note on your return email. Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift certificate and is valid for one year. Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed and store credit emailed to you. Store credit can only be used on in stock merchandise.
REFUND INFORMATION
Lana’s Couture will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note: we will not begin processing the refund until the product has arrived. Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1 week for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.

Lana’s Boutique ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Michigan.
